There are many, many people out there making a great success of Clickbank marketing. I'm sure you would love to be one of them - but you just don't know where to start. Or even what type of Clickbank affiliate programme to choose. And it IS very important that you choose the right one. Let me get you started...
The single best piece of advice that I can give you - is to concentrate on marketing affiliate products to a list of subscribers that you have ALREADY built up. The best way to build a List is to offer a free product. You then develop a good relationship with your List - so that by the time you start marketing affiliate products to them, they already know and trust you. Don't underestimate the power of this - it will determine your success.
So, choose a product in a niche related to your own and market it to your List. It is VERY important that you market targeted products to your subscribers - something they are interested in.
In Clickbank - under the name of each product you will see the following details:
• View pitch page - click on this to see the web page for the product and make sure you're happy with it. I recommend actually purchasing the product too - just to make sure that it is good quality.
• Total $ - how much you will earn per sale of the product.
• % per sale - the % each affiliate is being paid of the total price.
• Referred % - The % of the publisher's total sales that are referred by affiliates. You can see if the publisher sells his own product (eg to his own list) or if he lets affiliates do it for him - or both.
• Gravity - the higher this number, the more popular this product is with affiliates - when compared with other affiliate products at Clickbank. Obviously some products are popular for a reason!
