Clickbank is viewed as the Holy Land for most affiliate marketers today. It's the world's largest online digital retailer with over 10,000 products. Clickbank is toally FREE to join and it's products pay anywhere from 50%-75% commission. Not all of Clickbank's products are good products to promote as an affiliate, there are several factors that must be taken into consideration. Once you have signed up as an affiliate with Clickbank and you are searching the site looking for a product to promote, you will notice % of total sale, % referred, and gravity beside each product listing. These are the 3 most important things to consider before choosing ANY Clickbank product. They will make or break your affiliate marketing success rate.

First and foremost always aim at a product with a % of total sale of at least $13.00 USD or more. Secondly, choose a product that also has a % referred rate of 70% or higher. Third, always choose a product on Clickbank if you want to make money with a gravity of 50 or higher. Gravity tells you how popular a product is based upon how many affiliates have been successful in selling that product within the past 30-60 days. Aim for 50 or higher but beware of gravity ratings in the 250-300 range or higher. While it's a great indication that the product is saleable, you can expect too much competition.

Always go for products that interest you as well. It will make you much more enthusiastic about promoting that product. Remember if you like the product so will other's and the more people that like it the more will buy and the more $$$ you will make.
